Not many people can say they met the love of their life while in the Turks and Caicos Islands, but Nick and Katie sure can! It all began 10 years ago, while in this breathtaking destination, during their studies. These two love birds met while attending the School for Marine Resource Field Studies in Cockburn Harbour. During their studies, they spent a lot of their relationship long distance, but this was not going to keep these two from growing in their love for one another. A few years later, Nick surprised Katie by having their friends join them on the islands to witness the proposal of a lifetime, right on the beach!

Their love withstood four long years of long distance, while Nick was at Campbell University in North Carolina and Katie was at UC Davis in California. They traveled back and forth, visiting one another, awaiting the day if their dreams of a beautiful life together. Throughout their time together, they have enjoyed anything water related, specifically scuba diving! They love the outdoors. In 2023 they moved to Arizona, where the had their first addition to their family; their pup Peewee! Although he was not present for their big day, he will wallow in the love they share and this next phase of their lives as Mr. and Mrs. Segel!

I had the amazing honor of getting to capture their amazing day in Tucson, Arizona. This ceremony was so smooth and perfect. Katie was the most relaxed bride I had ever come across. And Nick was filled with the jitters, but both of them shared the excitement of what the evening had in store for them. Below is a glimpse into their phenomenal day. These two were incredibly kind, as were both of their families and friends. It was a blast, sharing this day with them! Congratulations to the Bride and Groom!
